- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Upon visiting to the DMV in Papillion today to obtain a Nebraska Drivers License , a person by the name of Greg has no customer service relation at all. He has a poor communication skill. He stated he cannot use my drivers license unless ,there is a star on the right corner. I brought him back ,three identification. He chose to use my passport. Non the less, after returning the second time, he was the representative again. At these time, there was no greeting at all!By Virginia Pinero, January 16, 2017

- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I ordered my car registration on-line then decided I needed it earlier than the prescribed 5-7 days via mail. So, I went into the Sarpy County DMV. First I noticed that the line was moving very quickly! In no time, I was standing at the counter explaining my situation. The young gal who helped me quickly retrieved my plates and registration which had been processed but not yet delivered to the mail. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I want to thank all the DMV staff for such a great service experience and especially the young gal who assisted me. Couldn't ask for better service.By Carol Collins, November 29, 2016
